I have been involved in energy work for 20 years. I began this amazing practice by working on myself. I realized right away how powerful energy work is. I now use energy work in my massage therapy practice, and have found it to be a powerful combination. I currently facilitate group sessions, and work with people individually. I feel blessed to bring my knowledge and experience into The Light Switch modality. It brings me great joy to be able to share these tools with you, so you may help yourself, your family and friends to feel and live in the energy of pure love and light.

I first discovered energy healing when I looked for an alternative to surgery for my chronic pain. After using energy healing, I quickly realized that we all have the power to heal ourselves within us. I began practicing energy healing in 2009 and became a practitioner in 2015. I offer personal energy sessions, groups, and have since taken part in the creation of our new program, The Light Switch. My intention with this program was to create something purely of light with healing purposes. Energy work has given me the tools to release old belief patterns, and to move forward in life with peace and joy. I believe that it is important to teach others how to stay in the light, and that we have the ability to access God’s healing power, through his son Jesus Christ.
